Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of uselaunch.io (the "Service"), operated by Parallel Warrior Unipessoal Lda ("we," "our," "us"), based in Oeiras, Portugal. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LAUNCH is an AI-assisted business-building tool. It helps you discover business ideas, create strategy documents, generate landing page copy, and produce a scaling manual based on your inputs. The Service is freemium: Stages 1 and 2 are free; Stages 3 and 4 require a one-time payment of €29.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account & Email

You provide your email address to access the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate. We may use your email to deliver your LAUNCH outputs or important service notifications.

4. Payments

Stages 3 and 4 are unlocked via a one-time payment of €29. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices include applicable VAT where required. Once a payment is processed and Stages 3 & 4 are delivered, we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law (including EU consumer law).

5. Intellectual Property — Your Content

You own everything generated for you through the Service. The business ideas, strategy documents, landing pages, and scaling manuals created using your inputs are your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your outputs.

6. Intellectual Property — Our Platform

The LAUNCH platform, its code, design, branding, and methodology are owned by Parallel Warrior Unipessoal Lda. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform itself.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to bypass payment gates or exploit the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate business content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on the content produced. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will not be liable for any downtime or interruption.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parallel Warrior Unipessoal Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Portuguese courts, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
