LAUNCH ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Parallel Warrior Unipessoal Lda, based in Oeiras, Portugal. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use uselaunch.io (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Email address: We collect your email when you sign up to use the Service. This is required to create your account and deliver the Service.

Discovery answers: When you use Stage 1 (Discovery), you provide answers to 22 questions about your skills, interests, goals, and preferences. These answers are sent to our AI provider to generate your personalized outputs.

Payment information: If you purchase Stages 3 & 4, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Usage data: We use PostHog analytics to understand how people use the Service. This includes pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns. We do not sell this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate personalized business ideas, strategies, landing pages, and scaling manuals
• Process payments for Stages 3 & 4
• Improve the Service based on usage patterns
• Send you emails related to your LAUNCH outputs (if applicable)

3. AI Processing

Your discovery answers and feedback are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI through their API. Anthropic's commercial API does not use your data for model training. Your inputs are processed to generate outputs and are not stored by Anthropic beyond the API request. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.

4. What You Own

Everything generated by LAUNCH belongs to you. Your business ideas, strategies, landing pages, and scaling manuals are your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over any content generated for you, and we do not reuse, sell, or share your generated outputs.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Anthropic (Claude API): Your discovery answers and feedback, to generate outputs
• Stripe: Your email and payment details, to process purchases
• PostHog: Anonymous usage analytics

6. Data Retention

Your discovery answers and generated outputs are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after your session ends. Your email address is retained for account purposes. Payment records are retained by Stripe per their data retention policies.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

As we are based in the EU (Portugal), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Object to processing of your data
• Data portability

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the Service to function (session management) and analytics cookies via PostHog. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
